This weekend is designed to encourage wellness, help reduce stress, and inspire a sense of empowerment through artistic and creative expression.

Throughout this enriching experience, you'll forge a deeper connection and with the enriching environment around us as we dive into a variety of Art forms, including painting, drawing, journal making, collage, movement and mindfulness.  No prior art experience is necessary, our nurturing environment invites all participants to flourish, and encourages a sense of belonging and connection as you share this creative journey with other like-minded souls.

Accommodation - If you are travelling, accommodation is available at The Lodge Jamberoo (just down the road) or nearby in Kiama, at your own (additional) cost.

Comfy and paint friendly clothing. 

Any old photos or magazines you may like to use in your artworks
